You have a design eye and enjoy hands on work. This role blends physical work with visual craft, and you will learn how to build backdrops, balloon installs and full event setups.
You will start by assisting an expert while we train you to lead your own events, which unlocks significant compensation upside.
What to expect
- Hours typically Saturdays 8am to 4pm, with occasional Fridays and Sundays
- Physical work: lifting, standing and moving during setups
- Reliable transportation to job sites in the Austin area
- Willingness to learn and take direction from lead installers

This is a physical role: expect lifting, transporting backdrops and staying on your feet through the setup window.
